What is a Schedules of Condition & Dilapidation?
A Schedule of Condition records the state of a property at the start of a lease, protecting both landlord and tenant from future disputes. A Schedule of Dilapidation is prepared at or near the end of a lease and sets out the repairs and reinstatement works the tenant is required to carry out under the terms of the lease.
